Master Trainer - Gary Godlewski
White Collar Canine President Gary Godlewski retired after serving 28 years with the Bloomfield Township Police Department in Michigan. He spent his last 24 years assigned to the K-9 unit as a handler and trainer.
Gary developed the K-9 program for the Oakland Police Academy in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Gary served as the K-9 coordinator for the academy for 13 years before his retirement.
Gary is a member of several National Police K-9 Associations, including the North American Police Work Dog Association (N.A.P.W.D.A.), the United States Police Canine Association (U.S.P.C.A.) and the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers.
Gary is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers (N.A.P.C.H.). He is a Master Trainer with N.A.P.C.H. and has served on their executive board. Gary is still active in the police canine field and currently handles an Explosive Detection Dog for White Collar Canine.
Master Trainer - Tom Stevenson
Tom Stevenson is a nationally certified Master Trainer and Executive Board Member with the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers (N.A.P.C.H.). Tom serves as a trainer for the Oakland Police Academy, specializing in aggression control.
Tom is a retired police officer, K9 handler, and trainer. He has handled over 4,000 K-9 incidents during his police canine career. In his 16 year K-9 career, Tom has worked with local, state and federal agencies. Tom is still active in the police canine field and currently handles an Explosive Detection Dog for White Collar Canine.
Director of Corporate Accounts - Marc Douville
White Collar Canine Director of Corporate Accounts, Marc Douville, graduated from the Police Academy in 1977 and started working as a police officer in Honor, Michigan. Moving downstate in 1978, Marc was employed by the Franklin Police Department until 1986 where he was hired by the Southfield Police Department. Marc worked in the patrol division and was assigned to the K-9 unit from 1995 until 2000. Before retiring in 2011, Marc received numerous departmental awards from life saving to Police Officer of the Year in 2011 by the Police Officers Association of Michigan.

DVM - Dr. Brian Covert
Dr. Covert graduated from Michigan State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. After graduation he worked at a small animal practice dividing time between surgery and outpatient medicine. From there, Dr. Covert transitioned into house-call and shelter medicine, where he soon became the Oakland County Animal Control Staff Veterinarian.
One of Dr. Covert's favorite areas is the treating of working dogs. The majority of his working dog clientele is found in southeastern Michigan law enforcement, the largest being the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, which includes 17 working dogs. Dr. Covert has expanded his responsibilities in regards to working dogs, and now works closely with White Collar Canine to treat their clients with Corporate and Family Service trained canines.
Master Trainer - Koen Schellekens

Koen Schellekens began his K-9 career with the Dutch Royal Air Force in 1991. He was responsible for the training and management of numerous K-9 teams. He also served with NATO in Bosnia. Koen served as a handler and trainer for the Air Force until his retirement in 2002. Koen then left the Air Force and started his own K-9 business. He currently handles detection dogs trained in narcotics and explosives. Koen has used his explosive dogs to perform searches at Amsterdam International Airport (cargo), concert venues, cruise ships and many other venues in the Holland area.
Koen is very active in training dogs for the private sector, law enforcement and the military. He has placed dogs all over the world. Koen currently lives in the Netherlands with his family.
